Wednesday's Fitness - All Cardio Workout - 1


60 Seconds – Jog in Place
40 – Jumping Jacks
40 – Jump Rope
10 – Burpees
30 – Butt Kickers
25 – High Knees
25 – Pivoting Upper Cuts
20 – Shuffle Punches
10 – Frog Jumps
30 – Mountain Climbers
60 – Quick Step Ups

Repeat 5 times + 20 minutes of elliptical/treadmill/spin training
